Delete your Nursie account
These instructions apply to the optional Shared Groups account in Nursie: Nurse Shift Planner on Android. You do not need an account to use your personal rota.

Delete your account in the app
- Open Nursie on your Android device.
- Tap Groups in the bottom navigation.
- Tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose Delete Shared Groups account.
- Tap Delete account to confirm.
Deletion begins immediately. You will be signed out when it is complete.
What is deleted
Deleting your Shared Groups account removes the data associated with that account from Nursie’s Shared Groups service, including:
- Your Shared Groups profile, including your display name, avatar colour and account identifier
- Your group memberships
- Your uploaded shared shift copies
- Invitations you created
- Family View links and uploaded calendar-share copies associated with your account
- Your Nursie Shared Groups authentication record
What is not deleted
- Your personal rota, notes, mood entries and app preferences stored locally on your phone are not deleted. You can remove them by clearing Nursie’s app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
- Deleting your Shared Groups account does not cancel a Nursie Pro subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.
- Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records where required for transaction processing, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations, according to their own retention policies.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be connected to your account may be retained.
Nursie does not apply an additional retention period to active Shared Groups account data after the in-app deletion completes.
No longer have access to the app?
Email us from the Google email address you used for Shared Groups. Use the subject “Nursie account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account, and we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Delete shared rota data without deleting your account
You can remove shared data while keeping your Shared Groups account. Open a group and turn off Share my rota to remove your uploaded shift copies from that group, or leave the group to remove your membership and shared copies from it.
